Please note that our practice does not participate in Workers’ Compensation or No-Fault insurance plans.
Current Cases: If you have an open Workers’ Comp or No-Fault case, your regular health insurance cannot be used for treatment until that case is officially closed and verified.
Referrals: If your insurance plan requires a referral from a primary care physician, please ensure we have it on file prior to your first appointment.
Secondary Insurance: We can only process secondary insurance if we are participating providers for your primary insurance plan.
Advanced Services & Out-of-Network Benefits
Dr. Panagos specializes in regenerative medicine and advanced interventional sports and spine care. It is important to note that many of these cutting-edge treatments are considered "advanced services" and may not be covered by standard insurance policies.
Payment Options for Non-Covered Services:
Out-of-Network: We accept payment from out-of-network benefits.
HSA & FSA: You may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible treatments.
Self-Pay: If we do not participate in your insurance, or if a specific service is not covered, we provide a detailed receipt of services (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Patient Tip: We encourage all patients to contact their insurance administrator directly to confirm the specifics of their coverage and any potential out-of-pocket limits before beginning advanced treatment.
